Terms and Conditions for Yin Yang Soul Center for Spiritual Growth

1. Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute a contract between the client and Yin Yang Soul Center for Spiritual Growth. By engaging our services, you agree to adhere to these terms.

2. Services Offered

Yin Yang Soul offers various services, including personalized one-on-one sessions, group sessions, workshops, mentorship programs, and other spiritual growth services. The duration and delivery of these services may vary based on the specific offering.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments for services rendered are non-refundable.

• Services are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.

• All payment plans agreed upon must be paid in full as per the agreed schedule.

• Flexi plan agreements are valid for 12 months from the date of agreement.

4. Refund Policy

• Clients in the UK are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, a refund may be requested and will be considered in compliance with legislation.

• A refund may also be considered if the client expresses discontent or dissatisfaction with the service provided.

• Outside of the 14-day cooling-off period, a change of mind or circumstance does not automatically warrant a refund.

• In the event of a cancellation within 14 days, and in the absence of a grievance or dissatisfaction, services will be refunded minus the cost of any services already delivered to the client.

• No refunds will be provided for digital products or services.

Yin Yang Soul reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services will signify acceptance of the updated terms.
